St. Louis LDA announces the 4th annual Keyboards for Kids
St. Louis community invited to help change the lives of children with learning disabilities
ST. LOUIS, MO, December 3, 2018—The local nonprofit St. Louis Learning Disabilities Association (LDA) has announced their upcoming event, Keyboards for Kids, to benefit children struggling with learning disabilities and help them reach their full potential. The fundraiser will take place on Friday, January 25, 2019, from 7-11 p.m., at the Coronado Ballroom in St. Louis.
Keyboards for Kids is a fun night out for adults and features dueling pianos by Spanky Entertainment, dancing, heavy hors d’oeuvres from Butler’s Pantry, desserts from Piccione Pastry, and live and silent auctions.
Pam Kortum, CEO of St. Louis LDA, stresses the great need for giving kids across the greater St. Louis area access to specialized educational services. “On average, 3-4 children in each classroom struggle with some kind of learning disability. With St. Louis LDA’s guidance and support, kids are empowered to build skills and become confident, independent learners. Keyboards for Kids is a great way for the community to bring hope and encouragement to kids who learn differently.”
Individual tickets for the event are $75; VIP Tables of 10 are available with $1,000 and $1,500, which include reserved seating and extra amenities. Additional sponsorships are also available for $250. Guests must be 21 or older to attend. For more information or to register, visit St. Louis LDA’s website at www.ldastl.org or contact Chris Kortum at 314-966-3088 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
